Our printed Festival program is 5.5″ x 8.5″, 40+ pages, full color. Ads must be reserved by Friday, January 12, 2024 and must be submitted print-ready to [email protected] by Friday, January 19, 2024. Festival sponsors will receive a 20% discount on any ad purchase.

Requirements:
We will accept PDF or TIF files, CMYK, Fonts outlined. Be sure that your business name appears in the email subject line and the file name. We do not provide confirming color proofs and are not responsible for color matches.
Durango Film cannot accept Microsoft Word, Canva, or Publisher files.

Please Note: If your ad artwork and/or payment are not received by January 19, 2024, the ad cannot appear in the festival program. Send payment to 835 Main Ave. Suite 208, Durango, CO 81301.

LIABILITY AND COPYRIGHT AGREEMENT: The advertiser declares and warrants that the advertiser is the owner of the copyright, or has permission from the owner of the copyright for all artwork, pictures and text copy submitted for publication in the Durango Film program, and has legal authority to and does hereby authorize and grant a nonexclusive license to Durango Film, its agents and independent contract graphic artist who is producing this program, to reproduce and publish all artwork, pictures and text copy submitted by advertiser which appears in the Durango Film program. We do not provide color proofs and are not responsible for color matches.
