WHEN is the festival? The Durango Independent Film Festival is held the first full weekend in March. In 2023, our 18th annual festival will be held in person March 1-5, 2023, followed by a virtual festival March 6-11, 2023.

WHEN is the film submission deadline? Filmmakers interested in submitting their film for our 2024 festival can do so on Film Freeway beginning in June 2023.

WHEN do passes go on sale? Early, Early Bird priced passes will be on sale July 15-October 31, 2022. Early Bird pricing will be November 1, 2022-January 15, 2023. Regular priced passes will be for sale January 16, 2023 through the 2023 festival. You can purchase passes here.
